The incident involving Abrar was a rare moment of levity in an otherwise intense match. His frantic sprint to the crease, fuelled by a fear of time-out dismissal, showcased the pressure faced by batters in high-stakes cricket.

With his team in dire straits after the dismissal of Mohammad Ali, Abrar was all set to enter the fray. However, his eagerness to contribute almost landed him in an embarrassing situation. Abrar, clearly aware of the three-minute time limit for incoming batters, sprinted towards the crease in a desperate attempt to avoid a time-out dismissal. This comical scene left everyone in stitches, including the opposition’s star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan.

Adding to the amusement, Abrar even lost one of his gloves during his mad da🐠sh. He had to backtrack to retrieve it before finally making it to the crease.
