Duckett kicked off the proceedings right from the word go. He took Jayden Seales to the cleaners in the second over of England’s innings, disp🍒atching the bowler for 4 consecutive boundaries and collecting 19 runs, including an extra.
Continuing with his aggressive approach, Duckett helped England race past 50 runs ꩵin just 4.2 overs, setting a new record for the fastest team fifty in Test history. In the 10th over, Duckett reached his half-century off just 32𓄧 balls, becoming the fourth fastest English batter to do so in Test cricket.

Jason Holder exhibits fielding brilliance
In fact the way was Duckett was playing, it appeared he would reach the triple figure score quite quickly and create another record. However, Shamar Joseph, with the assistance of Jason Holder‘s fielding brilliance, halted his innings in the 19th over.
