In a heartfelt announcement, veteran Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav has declared his retiremܫent 💮from all forms of cricket.

The 39-year-old batt♛ing all-rounder, known for his unorthodox style and crucial contributions to the Indian team, made the announcement on Monday afternoon (June 3), bringing an end to an illustrious career that spanned over a decade.

“Thank you all For your love and support throughout my Career from 1500 hrs. Consider me as retired from all forms of cricket,” tweeted Jadhav.

Jadhav made his debut for India in 2014 in an ODI against Sri Lanka at Ranchi. He quickly became known for his unique batting technique and his ability to perform under pressure. One of his most memorable performances came during the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy, where he played a pivotal role in India’s successful campaign, including a match-winning knock against South Africa in the group stage.

In addition to his batting prowess, Jadhav was a handy part-time bowler, often breaking crucial pa🔥rtnerships with his deceptive off-spin. His versatility and dedication made him a valuable asset for the Indian team in limited-overs formats.

Jadhav scored more than 6000 runs in FC cricket

Jadhav’s domestic career was equally impressive. Representing Maharashtra in the🦂 Ranji Trophy, he consistently delivered stellar performances, amassing 6,100 runs in first-class cricket. His contributions to his state team were instrumental in many of their successes over the years.

He also played 94 matches in the IPL. His last IPL game was for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) against Mumbai Indians (MI) on May 9, 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium, ꦕwhere he scored 12 runs off 10 balls.
