Rahul’s leadership role in ODIs and Test return
Rahul is set to lead India in the upcoming three-game ODI series against South Africa from December 17 to 21. Given the absence of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, Rahul has been entrusted with the captain’s role. Additionally, the 31-year-old has returned to the Test squad for the two-match series starting on December 26, serving as a wicketkeeper alongside Ishan Kishan.
