Cricket South Africa (CSA) recently unveiled a formidable 15-pl♎ayer squad that will tour for a white-ball series in Septemberﷺ. The Proteas team will play three T20Is and as many ODIs on the visit.
The squad announced by CSA is a blend of experience and youthful dynamism, featuring 12 members who showcased their mettle during the recently concluded T20 World Cup 2023. Although Sune Luus carried South Africa to the runner-up position in that tournament, she will not be leading the side during the Pakistan tour. Th❀e appointment of a new skipper is in the pipeline and is expected to be announced by the management shortly.
Absence of Chloe Tryon and Annerie Derckson:
At the same time, the South African contingent will also miss the services of Chloe Tryon and Annerie Derckson in Pakistan.
