An IPL match between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC) took place at the Chinnaswamy ꦯStadium in Bengaluru on Saturꦆday, April 15.
Virat Kohli, the RCB batter, led his team to victory with a half-century, but the contest was overshadowed by the fact that Sourav Ganguly♏, the Director of Cricket for DC, did not shake hand with Kohli after the match.
The incident was captured on camera and quickꦫly got viral on social media.
Oh No! No Hand Shakes between Virat koh𝓡li and Ganguly ?

The strained relationship between the two is thought to be the reason for Ganguly’s behaviour. Kohli was removed from India’s ODI captaincy during Ganguly’s tenure as BCCI President, and their relationship has been strained ever since.
Kohli’s stare at Ganguly after taking the catch of Aman Hakim Khan at long-on in the 18th over of DC’s innings added fuel to the fire.

Despite the controversy, RCB won the match by 23 runs, with Kohli’s 34-ball 50 being the highlight of the game.
RCB posted 174/6 on the board, while DC managed only 151/9 in their allotted 20 overs. Manish Pandey top-scored with a 38-ball 50, but he didn’t receive enough support from the other end. Vijaykumar Vyshak (3-20), Mohammed Siraj (2-23), and Wayne Parnell (1-28) were the key performers with the ball for RCB🍷, sharing six scalps among 🔴them.
After the match, players and support staff members from both sides shook hands as per the norm, but Ganguly avoided shaking hands with Kohli, which caught everyone’s attention. The incident has sparked a debate on social media, with fans and experts speculating about the relationship between Kohli and Ganguly.
