Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has finally released the complete fixture of the tournament. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will take on the defending champion Mumbai Indians (MI) in the season-opener on September 19.
Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will share the workload of hosting the entirety of t൩he tournament.
Players are goi𒉰ng through rigorous practice sessions to ward off the rustiness that might have crept in after months of inactivity. The sultry and dry weather of the UAE will pose a gruelling challenge to the participants.
