Pakistan started their second innings with a lead of 107 runs, but a sudden collapse in the batting line-up n🍷arrated a completely different story for the tour🍰ists. It all began with Shan Masood, the centurion in the first innings, going for a duck in the second innings just before the tea.
Inᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚ the final session, Babar Azam (5) ♍and Azhar Ali (18) fell cheaply, putting Pakistan into trouble as the visitors were struggling at 48/3. In fact, things never really got settled for Pakistan as they kept on losing wickets at regular intervals.
Asad Shafiq and Mohammad Rizwan did show some grit by adding a 38-run partnership for the fifth wicket, taking the lead above 200. Shafiq then got run-out for 29, and Rizwan 🎃(27) received a rock-bottom by all-rounder Ben Stokes in his very first over of the Test match.

Pakistan bundled out England for 219 in their first innings
Earlier, on Day 3 of the first Test at the Old Trafford, Ollie Pope and Jos Buttler began the opening session at their overnight scores of 46 and 15, respectively. The duo added a critical 65-run stand before Pope was dismissed by Naseem Shah, who claimed his first wicket in the match. The middle-order b🐲atsman made 62 off 117꧙ balls and remained the only English batter to go past 50-run mark.
