The banter between former international stars Yuvraj Singh and Kevin Pietersen has been known to many since the two e🌄ngaged in verbals during the 2008 England tour of India.
Pietersen then taunted Yuvraj’s bowling abilities and tagged him as ‘Pie-chucker’.
However, over the years, the two have struck a cordial relationship and are frequently seen pulling each other’s legs with their hilarious digs.
Further, Pietersen has often stated his love for Chelsea Footb🧸all Club which recently took part in the semi-final encounter against Manchester United for the FA Cup at Wembley on Sunday.
Despite losing thrice against Manchester United this season, ‘The Blues’ trump past their opponent by a margin of three-nil. Strikes from Olivier Giroud, Mason Mount and an own goal from United defender Harry Maguire, helped the Frank Lampard coached side reach the final of the FA cup.
Since the resumption of English football post-COVID-19 crisis, ‘The Reds’ have been unstoppable on the back of the performances from the front three, namely Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood.
Moreover, their high profile Portuguese buy, Bruno Fernandes’ inclusion in the side had done wonders for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men. But, against all the odds, Chelsea managed to end United’s 19-match unbeaten streak.
Then, with the Chelsea win, Pietersen took it as an opportunity to rub his nose on Yuvraj, who is an aꦑrdent Manchester United supporter.
