Before the start of the match, Lynn♍ pledged support for victims of bushfires ragging around Australia and decided to d🔯onate 250 Australian dollars.

In the match, Heat scored 212-3 in their allotted 20 overs. Chasing th🌳e gigaꦿntic score was always tricky, and Hurricanes felt the pressure as well. No batsmen were able to score big, and Hurricanes could only post 181-9 and lost the game by 31 runs.
