Mitchell Starc propelled Australia to an emphatic 296-run win over New Zealand in Perth’s first-ever day-night Test, ending the match with nine wickets.
Starc, 🍸who took five wickets in the first innings, followed it up with 4-45 in the second as the visitors, set a target of 468 to win, were bundled out ♏for a paltry 171.
Off-spinner Nathan Lyon was also instrumental, taking the k🌱ey wicket of Black Caps skipper Kane Williamson in his 4-63.

On the fourth delivery of 40th over, Nathan Lyon bowled a tossed up delivery outside off stump to Henry Nicolls. The ball hit the batsman’s pads and went up in the air for a short time.
Meanwhile, Travis Head, who was positioned at silly point, reacted quickly and just managed to get his fingers﷽ undern♒eath the ball before it touched the ground.
The u🥃mpire ruled him out instantly, but Nicholls was not convinced as the matter was referred to the third umpire. The TV ump🐎ire then asked the on-field umpire to stay with his original decision as a stunned Nicholls went back to the pavilion.
