Virat Kohli’s on-field antics have become a talking point on social media. While his ‘notebook celebration’ in the 1st T20I against West Indies was the talk of the town, his animated look at Kesrick Williams after hitting a six now left his RCB teammate AB de Villiers in awe.
During the series decider at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, the Indian skipper was spotted having a banter with the Windies pacer. As Williams sent forth a slower ball during the 18th over, Kohli hit the ball into the crowd to score another maximum – his first against Williams.
When the ball went high up in the air, Kohli even opened his mouth to form an ‘O’ shape and looked at Williams with a funny face for several seconds.
O🐬ne of the Twitter users wondered if he picked up the comical celebration from AB de Villie☂rs.
He has definitely picked this from

The Kohli vs Williams battle began during the Hyderabad T20I. In that match, Kohli was seen imitating Williams’s trademark notebook celebration.
In the 16th over of India’s innings, the first ball of the over was dispatched for a boundary by captain Kohli. The next ball was then flicked for a six on the leg side. It was then when Kohli brought out the notebook celebration, and Williams looked on in amusement.
For context, in 2017, Williams had given Kohli a ‘notebook-style’ goodbye after taking his wicket.
Definitely Virat picked that from you 😍
