Te🌞am India is slated to play its first-ever Pink Ball Test when they take on Bangladesh in the second game of the two-match series at Ede꧙n Gardens in Kolkata from November 22.
With the Indian players having the minimal experience to play against the ෴pink ball, the team management decided to have a practice session with the new ball in Indo𓃲re.
The first batsman to face the challenge was skipper Virat Kohli, and it was a mixed experience for the right-hander. While he did m🦋iss a couple of deliveries, it did not stop him from producing a couple of trademark cover drives.

Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara al🐻so practiced with the pink ball, with both batsmen taking a cautious approach. The duo defended most of the deliveries and was looking to play the ball with soft hands.
Fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who is recovering from a hamstring injury and a side strain, assessed himself for a comeback when he participated in a “skill session” with fielding coach R Sridhar.
Bhuvi also bowled a few deliveries from the full run-up, but it was evident that he wasn’t going full tilt. However, his presence at the nets is a welcome news considering that the 29-year-old is still a prominent member as far as India’s white-ball cricket is concerned.
