Howeไver, the Board of Control for Cric𓃲ket in India (BCCI) has made it clear that no action will be taken against the bowler until they see the charge sheet.
Speaking to IANS, a BCCI functionary said that it is too early to take any action in the m💦atter and a call can onl📖y be taken once the charge sheet is received.
“Yes, we do understand that an arrest warrant has been issued. But don’t really see us getting involved in this at this point in time. Once we see the charge sheet, we can decide how things stand and if the BCCI constitution calls for any action. But at this point in time, I would say it is too early to take a call on the matter,” the functionary said.
Hasin had last year made startling revelations on social media about her husband’s infidelity and accused him and his family members of domestic abuse. She had also posted screenshots of the pacer’s alleged chats with different women.
In March this year, Shami was charged with dowry and harassment. Hasin also demanded him of Rs. 7 lakh as mont💜hly mainte𓆉nance.
A month later, Ms. Jahan had locked herself in a room in her in-laws’ house saying she had “every right to stay there”. Police intervened and after failing to control the situation, detained her. She was later released.
“I have come to my husband’s house and I have every right to stay here. My in-laws are misbehaving with me and the police are supporting them. They should have arrested them but they are taking me to the police station,” she had said after her release.
