Former India opener Gautam Gambhir and ex-Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi continue to engage in a war of words on Twitter. Ever since their on-field fight during an ODI in 2007, the two do not leave a single opportunity to mock or troll one another. In their latest online brawl, 𝓡Gambhir lashed out at Afridi after the latter once again commented on Kashmir.
Post India’s decision to revoke Art🃏icle 370, the tension between the two nations had further risen.
Pakistan🦩 were unhappy with the decision, but India paid no heed.
Earlier, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan had announced that there would be a 30-minute event every week ♐to show solidarity with the people of Kashmir.
Soon after the announcement, this is what Afr𓃲idi tweeted –
“Let’s respond to PM call for Kashmir Hour as a nation. I will be at Mazar e Quaid at 12 pm on Friday. Join me to express solidarity with our Kashmiri brethren. On 6 Sep I will visit home of a Shaheed. I will soon be visiting LoC (sic).”

In reply, Gambhir mocked Afridi, calling🃏 him immature –
“Guys, in this picture Shahid Afridi is asking Shahid Afridi that what should Shahid Afridi do next to embarrass Shahid Afridi so that’s it’s proven beyond all doubts that Shahid Afridi has refused to mature!!! Am ordering online kindergarten tutorials for help @SAfridiOfficial”

The all-rounder then went on to take a sarcastic jibe at the East Delhi BJP MP by posting a quote of India’s former mental conditioning c🔯oach Paddy Upton.
Shahid Afridi wrote: “Change of weather in Karachi, rain in the air 🙂 Also each time Gautam tries to make himself relevant, I am reminded of this…”

In his book ‘The Barefoot Coach,’ Upton had said that Gambhir was “one of the weakest and mentally most insecure people” he had come across.
