India will look to strengthen their top position in the ICC Test Rankings when꧋ they take on West Indies in the forthcoming two-match Test series.
The series which starts from August 22 will be a part of the ICC World Test Championship.
Wriddhiman S�🌌�aha will rejoin the Indian team after a gap of more than a year, the BCCI announced on Sunday.
Saha last p🃏layed in the first Test against South Africa in Cape Town in January 2018, after which he was ruled out for the rest of the series with a sho♈ulder injury for which he eventually underwent surgery last August.
Jasprit Bumrah has been rested for the limited-overs series against the Windies but has been named in the Test squad alongside Mohammed Shami, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Ish💯ant Sharma.
The selectors have also picked Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, and Kuldeep Yadav asꩵ the spinners for the Test series.
