A few days back, New Zealand batsman Martin Guptill had smashed a hotel window ᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒅌ᩚᩚᩚᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚwhile playing for the Worcestershire Rapids in the 2019 T20 Vitality Blast.
Now, during a GT20 Canada 2019 match between Toronto Nationals and W🐎innipeg Hawks, Rodrigo Thomas broke a window at the CAA Centre in Brampton, Ontario with a massiv❀e six.
The 28-year-old Canadian opener hit South Africa’s JP Duminy for a huge six over deep mid-wicket while playing for Toronto Nationals. The left-handed batsman whacked the ball so hard that it adversely affected the glasses near the boundary.
The six was a third consecutive one and fourth in the over. Hawks’ Duminy went on to concede 26 runs from that over and was, therefore, taken off the attack.
In his innings of 65 off 46 balls, Thomas had hit three fours and five sixes. He was dismissed by Dwayne Bravo but had laid a strong f൲oun♛dation for his team, till then.

Sadly, Thomas was a part of the losing side in the end. Hawks chased down the target of 216/7 set by Nationals on the last ball of the match. Australia’s hard-hitting batsman Chris Lynn played a sensational knock of 89 off 48 balls for the Hawks.
Thomas has been a pretty in-form batsman for the Nationals, playing under captain Yuvraj Singh. He scored a decent 41 against Vancouver Knights in th💟ꦉe opening match.
After the victory, Hawks have shot up to the s🉐econd position on the points table, while Nationals find themselves at the fifth spot.
