India clinched the 2018 Blind Cricket World Cup in Sharjaꦓh after defeating the 𒐪arch-rivals Pakistan by two wickets.
The Men in Blue chased the target of 308 runs set by Pakistani team in 38.2 overs. Sunil Ramesh’s 93-run scintillating knock pushed India towards the total, after Badar Munir, Risayat Khan and Nisar Ali scored 57, 48 and 47 runs respectively for Pakistan.
India’s victory has brought a lot of cheers all over the country. Bollywood stars including Yami Gautam, Anil Kapoor, and Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter to congratulate the Indian team and express their pride.
